What you'll do

• Support daily hospital operations, patient flow, schedules, staffing coverage, and workflow
• assist with operational initiatives and inventory oversight
• manage the front desk, answer calls, and greet clients
• mentor, onboard, and train team members
• support team engagement and communication
• represent the Site Leader when delegated or unavailable
• address client concerns and support service recovery
• monitor client experience and identify improvements
• assist with revenue, productivity, labor, and operational goals
• support compliance, safety audits, infection control, sanitation, and required documentation.
