What you'll do

• Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to start engagements with new customers, business areas, and products
• understand customer expectations and ensure delivery
• manage customer and internal-team engagement
• coordinate project transitions from account mining to execution
• expand relationships across customer contacts and business groups
• develop account plans with Client Partners
• lead or support customer RFP responses with cross-functional stakeholders
• identify value-add opportunities and customer return on investment
• support renewals
• lead customer steering committee meetings and presentations with executive leadership
• share industry insights and consultative input
• suggest internal and customer-facing best practices.
