Job overview
Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position located in MORGANTOWN, WV. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am, supporting the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy service and a strong team mentality. The Lead Team Member is responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability to drive customer satisfaction.
