What you'll do

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
• support key performance indicators through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales. Develop and follow up on membership leads. Answer calls, schedule appointments, manage customer profiles and records, and handle daily cash. Resolve customer concerns, support membership retention, and keep the reception area clean and presentable.
