What you'll do

• Identify patient's alterations in health, assess patient's human response to actual and potential health problems, implement nursing interventions based on theoretical concepts from nursing and other arts and sciences, and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise/direct care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel.
• Coordinate care between other professional disciplines as needed.
