The Superintendent / Site Safety and Health Officer role is onsite in Arvin, CA, with a stated salary range of $89,000–$121,000 per year. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week, with weekends and nights as needed; the SSHO must be onsite during scheduled working hours and whenever work is being done. What you'll do

• Coordinate daily construction-site operations with project staff, subcontractors, owners, vendors, and suppliers
• manage schedules, inspections, quality control, documentation, procurement support, and project records
• conduct safety inspections and meetings
• develop activity hazard analyses and site safety plans
• investigate incidents and document findings
• coordinate emergency response, training, permits, shutdowns, and compliance activities.

Why this role
