What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests in occupied and vacant apartments, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• diagnose issues and escalate complex repairs
• perform preventive maintenance
• service HVAC systems and residential appliances
• assist with make-ready processes
• maintain grounds, common areas, amenities, pools, and spas
• complete and document work orders
• respond to residents and communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor
• follow company safety policies and applicable standards.

Why this role

Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, and EPA Type II or Universal certification. CPO preferred; evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required.
