This role exists to own the end-to-end execution of retail fulfillment operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the company's 3PL partner. The manager will ensure purchase orders are delivered on time and in full while driving performance and inventory optimization.

What you'll do

• Own the full lifecycle of retail purchase orders.
• Monitor orders for inventory shortages and delays.
• Maintain PO trackers and dashboards.
• Monitor retailer chargebacks and compliance.
• Manage 3PL performance against SLAs.
• Confirm outbound dock appointments.
• Manage item setup for new retail accounts.
• Audit 3PL and freight invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts.
