The Food Runner position is onsite in Austin, Texas. Compensation is $5.13–$8.13 per hour plus tips. The role supports Snooze, a full-service breakfast restaurant, by helping food move from the kitchen to guests with care and timely service. The food runner checks presentation, garnishes plates, delivers orders, and maintains stocked and organized kitchen stations. The role helps ensure guests receive food prepared to Snooze’s quality and service standards.

What you'll do

• Deliver plates promptly and connect with guests to ensure they have what they need
• garnish plates according to the restaurant’s food standards
• follow kitchen standards for portions, cooking methods, recipes, quality, and procedures
• prepare, stock, and maintain food products at stations
• follow plate presentation and garnish setup
• handle, store, and rotate products properly
• complete kitchen station opening and closing checklists.
