What you'll do

• Provide L3 support for IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, directory services, and access management platforms
• administer and troubleshoot Delinea or equivalent PAM solutions and Duo or equivalent MFA
• support SSO and federation integrations
• onboard applications
• manage directory services
• handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests
• perform root-cause analysis
• support identity lifecycle processes, reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• guide junior team members.
