What you'll do

• Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging, setting up traffic control, and equipment operations.
• Leads crews in placing fiber and loading materials.
• Proficient with utility print and map reading.
• Trains other crew members on fiber installation practices and OSHA requirements.
• Leads the culture of identifying hazards using the pre-task process.
