The Driver role is onsite in Topsham, ME, with pay of $23.00 per hour. At The Highlands, the role supports residents’ transportation to activities and events in a senior living community. The Driver provides safe transportation and helps residents enter and exit the vehicle safely. The role also supports event setup, errands, vehicle upkeep, and additional duties when not driving, contributing to resident safety and community activities.

What you'll do

• Drive residents in the company vehicle as scheduled
• ensure resident safety entering and exiting the vehicle and follow vehicle safety rules
• understand and follow mechanical lift procedures
• report safety or health concerns to a supervisor
• complete pickup and delivery errands as requested
• keep the vehicle clean and in proper running order
• assist with event setup and other assigned duties.

Why this role

Schedule is Friday through Monday, 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum age of 21, and ability to lift 40 pounds. A CDL is required if applicable.
