Family Therapist

What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of 7–8 families
• facilitate family sessions and group therapy within license requirements and organizational standards
• serve as a primary family contact and communicate with referents when appropriate
• respond to off-hour issues and concerns
• share clinical information with the treatment team
• participate in treatment meetings and present family case assessments
• document patient progress
• maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• fulfill on-call assignments as business needs require.
