What you'll do

• Open and maintain new accounts
• handle superseding accounts, research projects, check orders, and notary services
• introduce bank products and services based on customer needs
• assist with audits and certifications
• prepare account documentation under CIP/BSA and bank policies
• enter accounts in IBS and submit complete packages
• back up teller and branch operations duties
• assist with end-of-day closing and cash balancing
• process and scan teller work
• support treasury management product referrals
• help train and onboard team members.
