Regional Parts Specialist

The Regional Parts Specialist role is onsite in Irving, TX, with pay of $50,000–$60,000 per year. The specialist reports to the Parts Manager and supports dealers and customers with parts identification, quotes, and orders. The role helps customers obtain the correct parts and keeps related transactions and records moving accurately. It combines technical parts research with customer service, order processing, account updates, returns, and follow-up on open quotes and orders.

What you'll do

• Help dealers and customers identify and quote parts
• use parts lists, manuals, diagrams, and drawings as needed
• communicate with factories, Technical Centers, and Parts Facilities for identification support
• process quotes and orders
• update account information and enter customer data
• handle order entry, purchase order receiving, invoice and credit card processing, filing, return authorizations, and follow-up
• maintain customer accounting documents in Docushare.
