• Review and reconcile material tickets, bills of lading, invoices, and supporting documents
• process purchase orders and invoices
• prepare customer billings and record receipts
• monitor accounts and assist with collections
• prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• support financial close, fixed asset records, inventory reconciliations, reporting, tax filings, audits, and job costing.
