What you'll do

• Own technical design, customization, integration, deployment, and optimization of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 solutions
• gather and document requirements
• lead Agile teams and mentor staff
• establish deployment and environment strategy
• build DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• oversee testing
• maintain security and governance
• lead post-deployment training, support, and improvements.
