Director of Installation

What you'll do

• Lead installation and project management across a multi-state region
• manage Installation Managers and oversee Project Managers and delivery teams
• set goals and evaluate performance
• oversee project schedules, staffing, subcontractors, resources, quality, and safety
• manage regional P&L and budgets
• serve as an escalation point for clients and internal leaders
• conduct site visits
• coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Service leadership.
