What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• account for cash, checks, and credit transactions
• verify room charges and rates
• prepare deposits and daily paperwork
• submit reports
• monitor room availability, block rooms, and handle guest requests
• conduct and document security walks
• follow emergency procedures
• prepare and replenish continental breakfast
• perform Guest Service Agent duties, including laundry as directed.
