What you'll do

• Develop and refine requirements
• interface with customers and cross-functional teams
• design circuits and select components for ruggedized ordnance-application electronics
• perform simulations and tolerance analyses
• prepare and execute test plans and reports
• assist with structured failure investigations
• lead team members and mentor less experienced engineers
• prepare for and participate in design reviews
• generate engineering change orders
• manage multiple projects.
