It helps ensure mobile vision clinics are organized and delivered effectively to maximize the number of students served.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate mobile clinic schedules with school calendars
  • schedule optometrists and approve timesheets
  • oversee clinic teams
  • provide staff clearances to districts
  • coordinate schedule changes with operations staff and school partners
  • maintain program data in relevant systems
  • support partnerships, volunteers, and special events
  • travel to schools to support field staff
  • and be cross-trained for mobile clinic technician tasks, vision screenings, dispensing, and glasses check-in.
