The Film Installer Trainer and Master Installer role is onsite in Austin, TX, with field training in the Austin and San Antonio regions. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with Saturdays and evenings as needed. Compensation is $70,000–$110,000 per year plus commission. The role supports Sunsational Solutions’ Installation department. The role develops installation team skills while performing expert window film installations. Training, coaching, safety instruction, and quality oversight help installers follow company, IWFA, and manufacturer standards and deliver projects efficiently.

What you'll do

• Train new and experienced installers in procedures, product knowledge, glass science, and installation techniques
• maintain training curriculum and identify training needs
• lead field training and safety instruction
• evaluate installer skill levels and report progress
• manage training facility supplies and inventory
• install and remove solar control, safety, security, Di-Noc, and decorative films
• lead complex installations and complete related administrative paperwork.
