What you'll do

• Assist the Resident Engineer with enforcing contract terms and conditions

• maintain correspondence, RFI, submittal, change, plan, and specification logs
• prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
• review and process monthly construction payment requests
• prepare contract status reports and periodic financial summaries.
