The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires 6 to 8+ years of civil-sector experience.

What you'll do

• Lead project kickoff and estimating turnover
• develop work plans, schedules, and budgets
• allocate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• manage project financials, quantities, productivity, submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and purchase orders
• serve as primary contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, municipalities, and inspectors
• communicate project status and risks
• ensure safety, quality, permit, and environmental compliance
• lead closeout
• mentor project and field engineers and emerging superintendents and foremen.
