Senior Technical Program Manager

The Senior Technical Program Manager role is onsite in Watertown, MA, with an annual salary range of $180,000–$220,000. Tutor Intelligence develops and deploys AI-powered robot workers for factories and warehouses. The role owns program management for the Cassie workstream. The position exists to coordinate the production fleet and products in development, aligning engineering, manufacturing, deployment, and customer teams. It will establish an integrated plan and operating cadence, surface risks and dependencies, and build automation that reduces manual status collection and follow-up.

What you'll do

• Own the integrated Cassie workstream plan, milestones, dependencies, and risks across software, hardware, manufacturing, and field deployment
• maintain a reliable source of program status
• surface schedule, ownership, dependency, and scope risks
• prepare status updates for leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams
• build agents and scripts to gather status, draft updates, flag drift, and prompt follow-ups
• develop tools coordinating hardware change orders, manufacturing builds, and software releases.
