What you'll do

• Provide direct care and daily support that promotes independence, dignity, and choice
• lead and mentor residential staff
• oversee scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and compliance
• maintain a safe and welcoming home
• coordinate with medical and behavioral professionals
• ensure staff training and regulatory adherence
• participate in on-call support and provide staff coverage when needed.
