What you'll do

• Press, finish, and touch up hotel linens and guest garments using steam presses, irons, and finishing tools
• inspect items for stains, damage, and quality
• match finishing methods to fabric care requirements
• identify and track guest valet items
• maintain a clean pressing station
• meet productivity and quality standards
• coordinate with Wash, Dry, and Sort teams
• follow equipment, PPE, and chemical safety procedures
• organize supplies and support training of new team members.
