What you'll do

• Oversee infrastructure, technical operations, architecture, engineering, and IT support for a primary U.S. location
• support other locations as needed
• coordinate with staff, management, vendors, and technology resources
• support site expansions
• participate in security and backup procedures
• manage infrastructure operations and enterprise technology availability
• coordinate incident and problem management
• oversee timely resolution of hardware, software, and database issues
• support disaster recovery and information security.
