Chief Engineer must be able to provide all functions of Engineer position/Maintenance Tech., troubleshoot, oversee engineering staff and complete daily routines. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. Lead and ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, equipment, public areas, meeting spaces, and all hotel assets.
