What you'll do

• Supervise interior aircraft cleaners, building maintenance cleaners, leads, and supervisors
• manage staffing, interviews, onboarding, and training
• conduct performance evaluations
• coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance schedules
• monitor productivity and compliance
• manage budgets, inventory, and orders
• ensure airport ID and driving-license training is completed within three days of employment
• submit reports and timesheets
• enforce safety and security policies
• conduct daily service audits
• address operational issues and service requests
• manage 24/7 service operations.
