Quality Assurance Associate — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Administer document control and maintain current, accessible laboratory documents
• assist with onboarding and tracking training, competency, and continuing education
• maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality records
• review workflows and identify efficiency and compliance improvements
• administer GLP training materials
• support internal and regulatory audits
• maintain inspection-ready quality records
• support continuous improvement and incident management
• and assist core teams with validation packages and laboratory change-control forms.

Why this role

The role reports to the Director of Quality Assurance and requires no travel. A biological science degree and one to two years of relevant industry experience are preferred; experience with deviations, laboratory investigations, out-of-specification results, and CAPAs is also preferred.
