The Social Media Specialist Intern role is onsite in Columbus, OH. The internship is unpaid. The intern supports the Communications team by creating content that raises awareness of the African American Male Wellness Agency’s mission, programs, events, and community impact.

What you'll do

• Create and publish content across AAMWA social channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• produce short-form videos, reels, and graphics
• attend community events to capture content
• use editing tools to adapt long-form video
• write captions and assist with editorial calendars
• monitor audience engagement and analytics
• and collaborate on storytelling content.
