• Develop project plans and communications for Workers’ Compensation product initiatives

• translate state regulations and NCCI rules into technical requirements with engineering, product, and legal teams
• define requirements for underwriting automation and portfolio management
• track milestones, deliverables, and metrics
• collaborate with the Filings team and rating bureaus
• improve workflows
• review market research, data, studies, and filings.
