What you'll do

• Own onboarding for named strategic global partners
• coordinate agreements with Legal and Deal Desk
• develop partner program structures, tiers, rules of engagement, and operating cadence
• design incentive, margin, and rebate structures
• develop two-way channel relationships
• create onboarding content, certification paths, and joint business plans
• lead quarterly business reviews
• track and report partner pipeline, revenue, margin, onboarding time, incentive return, and partner health.
