What you'll do

• Lead store operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and delegating tasks
• provide and model guest service and promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• support sales initiatives and maintain store presentation
• process purchases and returns using the POS system
• manage payroll and time records
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• conduct inventory counts, stock merchandise, and address discrepancies
• protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention
• reconcile daily transactions, complete closeout paperwork, and make bank deposits
• maintain safety, records, and store equipment. The posting requires at least one year of retail management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Work includes nights, weekends, some holidays, and occasional overtime
• 40 hours per week, with extended hours/days as necessary.
