Lead Production Assembler

What you'll do

• Oversee manufacturing-floor activities under the President’s supervision
• assign tasks based on employee strengths and capabilities
• support employee training and safety
• help develop monthly manufacturing schedules
• identify staffing, component, and tooling issues
• monitor work in process and ensure tasks are performed correctly
• support shipping schedules and product quality
• complete WHMA-620 training and maintain required quality levels
• recommend improvements and determine protective-gear needs.
