Certified Traffic Control Technician

Job overview

The Certified Traffic Control Technician role is an onsite position in Chandler, AZ, with mandatory out-of-town assignments averaging two weeks to two months. Pay is $18.50–$21.50 per hour. AWP Safety’s teams help protect work crews, drivers, and the public in work zones.

What you'll do

• Control vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle movement through work zones
• install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices
• follow traffic control plans and safety procedures
• communicate by radio
• transport equipment and team members
• and coach and mentor Protectors.
