What you'll do

• Coordinate completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument, Minimum Data Set, Care Area Assessments, care plans, and supporting documentation
• support compliance with federal and state requirements and payer rules
• interview and train MDS nurses as requested
• plan and assign work
• address staffing coverage and employee concerns
• monitor performance and participate in improvement plans
• supervise assigned staff.

Why this role

Prior MDS/RAI experience is strongly preferred. Requires a valid Registered Nurse license and current CPR certification or certification within 90 days of employment. Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, quality measures, and care planning is noted.
