What you'll do

• Review consumer loan files for required documentation, conditions, and approvals
• assist with loan documents and verify terms, rates, fees, and borrower information
• process funding transactions including direct deposits, dealer payments, and checks
• support indirect auto loan processing
• update loan origination and core systems
• follow up on missing documentation
• perform quality checks
• assist with lien perfection
• respond to loan processing questions
• maintain audit-ready files and escalate discrepancies.
