Plastics Machine Operator, Extrusion / Injection Molding

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion and injection molding equipment
• monitor machine settings, temperatures, pressures, speeds, and cycle times
• inspect products using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• load materials and monitor resin use and scrap
• perform routine changeovers and minor tooling adjustments
• identify production issues and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
• follow production instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
• maintain a clean, organized work area under 5S standards.
