What you'll do

• Set up tables and dining areas
• prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook
• wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• clean kitchen surfaces and floors
• clear dining areas after meals
• dispose of leftovers and trash
• monitor ingredient stock and inventory
• help maintain kitchen equipment.
