What you'll do

• Monitor children in the soft play area for safety
• explain services and packages and promote birthday bookings, passes, and memberships
• greet guests and answer questions in person and by phone
• process transactions, collect waivers, and check in event guests
• collaborate with teammates to maintain cleanliness and organization
• engage positively with children
• sanitize play structures and equipment
• follow company policies and procedures.
