Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Kennesaw, GA, with pay of $19–$20 per hour. The schedule varies, with office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; availability for up to three Saturdays per month is requested. Morguard is a real estate company investing in multifamily properties, and onsite teams support its communities. The consultant handles prospective resident inquiries and guides applicants through apartment tours and leasing. The role supports occupancy and resident service by preparing lease files, assisting with renewals, and sharing market information with the Community Manager.

What you'll do

• Greet residents and prospective residents in person and by phone
• stay informed about the local market, community amenities, and available floor plans
• schedule tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
• conduct market surveys and relay findings to the Community Manager
• invite prospects to complete lease documents, collect qualifying information, and prepare lease files for review and audit.
