What you'll do

• Provide trauma-informed outpatient counseling, assessments, and evidence-based interventions
• facilitate individual and/or group counseling
• develop treatment plans with measurable goals
• coordinate referrals and care with community partners and integrated providers
• maintain timely clinical records
• advocate for patients and support crisis response
• and contribute to program goals addressing cultural and socioeconomic barriers.
