Specialty Account Manager

The role educates healthcare providers about products and solutions, tracks referrals and sales opportunities, and works with internal teams to support referral partners and their patients.

What you'll do

• Develop referral relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals
• build and manage a territory focused on new business and referrals
• educate providers about mobility equipment, home accessibility solutions, and medical supplies
• identify recurring supply referral opportunities
• receive training in wheelchair assessments and mobility equipment evaluations
• conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups
• maintain assigned relationships
• track visits, referrals, sales opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM
• collaborate with internal teams.
