This Hematologist and Oncologist — Locums, Outpatient Clinic and Call role is onsite in Eureka, CA. The schedule is clinic and call, with clinic hours of 8 a.m.–noon and 1–5 p.m.; the provider is on call one week out of every three, including weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call. The physician will provide outpatient hematology and oncology coverage, direct and deliver the chemotherapy program, and perform bone marrow biopsies. The assignment lists 12–15 patients per shift, adult patients, and support from a hematology/oncology-trained advanced registered nurse practitioner and nurses.
