What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance including light electrical work, painting, and carpentry
• operate and maintain HVAC equipment
• replenish supplies and keep tools and work areas clean
• inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment
• repair equipment and replace bulbs and lights
• maintain preventive maintenance logs, compliance records, and work orders
• support safety practices and facility appearance
• submit invoices and spend-down reports
• maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
