Housing Specialist – Community Builder

The Housing Specialist – Community Builder role is onsite at Guardian Village in Reedley, CA. Compensation is $27.32–$42.39 per hour. Self-Help Enterprises works to create safe, thriving, and equitable communities and supports resident engagement, health, and housing stability in its affordable rental communities. The role builds relationships with residents, coordinates programs and activities, and develops community partnerships. It contributes to housing stability and resident well-being by connecting people with resources, acting on resident feedback, and tracking program outcomes.

What you'll do

• Conduct resident outreach and community meetings
• gather feedback
• connect residents with support
• develop Resident Service Plans
• coordinate services, educational opportunities, and activities
• implement the Health Action Plan at Guardian Village
• build partnerships
• maintain records, evaluate outcomes, prepare reports, seek donations, and support grant proposals and outreach.
