The worker also assists with material handling, equipment coordination, and jobsite safety and upkeep.

What you'll do

• Build, position, and dismantle forms
• dig ditches and level earth to grade
• grade dirt and concrete
• mix concrete and mortar
• align and raise forms
• install handrails and tie rebar or wire mesh
• load and unload materials
• inspect vehicle supplies and equipment
• report hazards
• signal equipment operators
• grind, scrape, sand, or polish concrete
• cut lumber and drill holes.
