What you'll do

• Follow residents’ individualized service plans and daily task sheets
• obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• communicate changes in resident status
• use infection-control precautions
• document progress
• support a safe and clean environment
• assist with activities and resident engagement
• maintain confidentiality
• attend required training
• report equipment or facility concerns. May assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, medication reminders, housekeeping, and kitchen duties as requested.
